Get the facts to them.
We must arm ourselves with the facts, avoid all fabrications or half-truths, and communicate the truth to the people. We must help the affected people to consolidate their power base and develop an overall strategy and “appropriate action program.”
Act.
Help the people develop an action program.
Develop strong grassroots support in the community at large and expand to mobilize forces from the community.
